Look or now Look Bindings, created in 1947 in Nevers, France, is a manufacturer of ski bindings. Acquired in 1994 by the Rossignol group, the Look brand is synonymous with innovation and is among the four largest manufacturers in the world in its sector. With the invention of the first “safety ski binding” known as “anti-fracture” at the time, as well as the release indicator value system (ISO), Look has revolutionized ski equipment and continues to offer high quality bindings for all skiers, amateurs and competitors, on track, freeride or ski touring. Today we find all the DNA and know-how of the brand in its emblematic model the Look Pivot, now fitted with a pivoting heel piece (with a recognizable design) which today makes it one of the best bindings for Freeriding on the market. Used by the biggest skiers like Killy, Thovex or Worley, Look is developing lighter and lighter bindings, offering ever more safety and performance as with the NX, XPRESS and then SPX models. Look developed more and more sophisticated bindings and went so far as to adapt its innovations to the world of cycling in 1984: the pedal with fixation was invented and success was international.
